About Digital Lumber
Digital Lumber was founded to provide high-quality, reliable, easy to manage infrastructure software and support. It's our belief that network services are not as confusing and hard to manage as everyone makes them out to be. We believe that the main reason that system administration seems like such an art form is because the software that system administrators are forced to use is written by people that aren't system administrators. We also believe that most system administrators are smarter than they're given credit for, and could easily modify the code they use themselves if it just made more sense to begin with.
We at Digital Lumber feel that we can fill this void between system administrators and the code they use. We intend to provide the code to prove it. We are pleased with what we've written so far, and we think others will be also.
